SHIPPING POLICY
We are confident that you will be satisfied with our products. But in case you are not, perhaps due to change of mind, or order isn’t right, you can exchange or opt for a refund within 30 days from order dispatch date . In case you have not received your order, you have 30 days to submit a claim.

How long does it take for us to dispatch orders?
Sunday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), we always dispatch orders the same day if they are placed before 3pm. Anything after that is usually dispatched the next working day. On Saturdays, we dispatch orders the same day if they are placed before 10am, or were received the previous day (Friday) after 3pm.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is currently only available to the UK with purchases meeting or exceeding £50 in order total. We would love to provide free shipping to the Rest of The World without spend limitation, but as we are only a very small hobbyist outfit, it is currently beyond our means to do so. However, we are more than happy to provide shipping quotes to at the very least, try and meet your order needs as best as we cost effectively can. It may be the case that due to the size of an order for the Rest of The World, we may just be able to provide a quote without a shipping fee. For us to provide you with quotes more efficiently, we advise that you either subscribe or become a member at no cost to yourselves, it is completely FREE and always will be. And in doing so you will be rewarded immediately with 50 Hadassah Loyalty points to exchange for discounts on your orders. This process will allow a speedier response to your requests. Thank You!

Rest of The World Import Taxes
Pease note that in some countries you may have to pay import taxes via your customs office, in order to obtain your shipped order. This is totally out of our control. However, if you are purchasing a gift for someone, you can advise us within the 'Add Note' option provided at checkout. We will add 'Gift' top the shipping documents as gifts are usually exempt from such taxes.

Packaging
PLEASE NOTE: Due to our Reduce, Reuse, Recycle policy, our packaging for our dispatched products will be exactly that. So, please do not be surprised if at times you receive your order in re-used packaging that will be clean and hygienic , it may carry a differing logo brand or looks out of the ordinary. However, we will make sure that there is something on the packaging that you will be able to identify that it's your order from Hadassah Life. Thank you for helping us do our part in cutting out unnecessary waste.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I’ve changed my mind
If you've changed your mind and need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of dispatch to return your item(s). Any delivery charges will not be refunded and will be covered by the customer. The shipping cost will not be refunded if paid.

Incorrect Item
In an event when you receive an incorrect item, please get back to us along with the pictures of the incorrect item received so we can arrange and coordinate either replacement of your choice or a refund. All returns are subject to inspection, prior to the issue of credit/refund. The shipping cost will be refunded if paid in case of refund.

Cancelled Order
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse the item at the time of delivery, it will fall under standard return policy. The shipping cost will not be refunded if paid.

Ordered by Mistake
An order that you placed by mistake is eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery, we will refund your order amount. Any delivery charges will not be refunded and will be covered by the customer. The shipping cost will not be refunded if paid.

In its original packaging (with tags if applicable)

In a resaleable condition

With proof of its purchase

With any free items that came with the product

Refunds
Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid by card, it can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account.

Damaged Product
You must take the time to inspect the items as soon as they are delivered. On occasion, the outer carton and packing may look damaged, but the product inside the box/packaging is perfectly fine. If you find obvious signs of damage, get back to us along with the pictures of the damaged item highlighting the defect at your earliest convenience so we can process an appropriate claim and coordinate an exchange for you.
NOTE: Where possible we try to keep our packaging costs to a minimum in accordance with our endeavours in adhering to the Reduce - Re-Use - Recycle endeavours, so that we can pass on the savings we make within our product prices. Therefore, at times your order may arrive in packaging that has already been used. We will try our very best to make any re-used packing look attractive as much as we possibly can. Limitation for returning item
​Any items returned for refund or exchange without original documentation or without return form will be rejected. Please clearly state on the invoice/return form the reason for return or exchange and whether you require a refund or exchange.
NOTE: Essential Oils, Shampoos and Soaps cannot be returned or exchanged after usage. For hygenic reasons returned items that have evidently been used, will not be refunded or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
